How I work

AI as a thinking partner, not a crutch

AI isn't going to replace your people — it's going to replace people who aren't using it. My job is the amplify part.

90% of the routine, 0% of the judgment

Systems handle the repetitive work; humans keep the decisions. Every automation I ship starts in draft mode, earns trust, then goes live — never the other way around.

Grounded, not generic

The differentiator isn't the model — it's your proprietary knowledge wired into it. My content systems cite their sources; my classifiers log every decision to a sheet you can audit.

Built to hand over

Every system ships with operations guides and SOPs so your team runs it without me. I measure success by how little you need me afterward.

Have a workflow that eats your week?

Tell me about it. First conversation is free — you'll leave with a sketch of the system whether we work together or not.

Claude Bootcamp

I get your whole team using Claude — set up, confident, and shipping real work — in two hands-on sessions. Not a lecture about AI; a working setup for every person in the room.

Your team has AI logins nobody really uses — not for lack of interest, but because nobody has shown them how it maps to their actual work, and everyone quietly worries about doing it wrong.

The problem

You've got a specific bottleneck — a messy CRM, a workflow that eats hours, a tool you can't quite get working — and you want an expert in the room, not another course. We scope it on a free call, then work it directly.

How it works

  • Free discovery call to define the problem and confirm I can help
  • A short proposal and scope of work, so there are no surprises
  • Focused sessions until it's solved — and if it's worth building for real, that becomes a custom system

Also available: custom automation & tool builds, advanced enablement (Claude Code, API & service-account integrations), and help packaging your own internal process into a sellable offer.

Taught, and built

About

It started with one broken workflow

Alex Clary, founder of clAIry
ALEX CLARY · FORT COLLINS, CO

It started with a workflow nobody wanted to do. I was updating a CRM by hand, so I automated it. The first build I was genuinely proud of was a data-entry process with eight separate manual touchpoints that took 24 to 48 hours to get through. I got it down to two or three minutes, start to finish, with nobody touching it.

That snowballed. Custom reports running on live CRM data. Then client portals stitching several systems together for a realty brokerage. Then Wildsons, where twelve years of scattered historical records became a CRM their team actually uses day to day.

Then someone asked me, more or less on a whim, to teach their team how to use Claude.

I didn't expect that to be the thing — but it was. Workshopping real workflow ideas live with people, watching someone who was certain they were "not technical" build their first working automation inside a two-hour session. I'm a natural teacher, and I like beginners best.

So that's what clAIry is becoming: teaching people to use AI in ways that are actually practical. No computer-science degree, no dev job before this — thousands of hours and dozens of shipped systems, learned the same way the people I teach will have to. That's exactly why the training lands with people who think this isn't for them.

Operating principles
Ship in draft mode first. Automations earn auto-send; they don't start with it.
Never guess with data. Below 90% confidence, a human reviews — especially when the operation is irreversible.
Every system ships with its own operations guide. If your team needs me to run it, I haven't finished.
Grounded output only. If the AI writes it, the system can show where it came from.

What happens next

  • 01 · Intake call (free). 30 minutes on the actual workflow — you'll leave with a sketch of the system either way.
  • 02 · Scoped pilot. A small, fixed-scope build (or a bootcamp) that proves value on your real work before any retainer.
  • 03 · Production & handover. The system goes live behind safety gates, with docs your team can run.
